About Me
Mi nombre is Alexandria Nunez-Thomas,
I’m a holistic, full-spectrum doula based in San Diego, supporting birthing people through the sacred journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I offer care in both English and Spanish, creating a supportive and inclusive space where clients feel empowered and informed.
Rooted in my traditional Mexican heritage, my approach honors the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of birth. I provide continuous support through education, comfort techniques, advocacy, and postpartum care—helping families navigate each stage with confidence and connection.
I hold degrees in Child & Family Development and Social & Behavioral Sciences, along with CPR certification for all ages. My work is grounded in compassionate, culturally responsive care that respects each family’s unique values, traditions, and vision.
