Sacred Home Support

  • Tending to your space with light tasks (dishes, laundry, sweeping, mopping, organizing) as an act of devotion to your healing and bonding

  • Washing and caring for breast pump parts

Older Sibling Care

  • Giving space for birthing person to bond with newborn

  • Developmentally appropriate activity planning (depending on age group)

  • Note: birthing person must stay present in the same location

Soft Learning Moments

  • Holding space for emotional processing and gentle conversation

  • Supporting lactation with grounded guidance and encouragement

  • Teaching partners how to support you with reverence and presence

Healing Rituals & Nourishment

Postpartum Bath Ritual – Offered later in recovery, a ceremonial bath to release, renew, and return to self

At-Home Facial Ritual – A moment of stillness and beauty to bring you back into your body with grace

Traditional Belly Binding Techniques

Newborn Care

  • So you may rest, sleep, or simply breathe in quiet stillness

  • Allows you time to self-care or do light postpartum exercises (if appropriate in your recovery)

  • Note: birthing person must stay present in the same location

Errand Runs

Grocery store pick-ups

Food errands

Facebook marketplace meet-ups (must be in close proximity)

Note: All items must be preordered and paid for in advance, so I can simply pick them up.
