Birth Support

A doula's role is to walk with you through the birth process—holding space and helping you feel as grounded and supported as possible. You are the center of this birth. I am here to protect your peace, make sure your voice is being heard, and honor the physiological process of your birth.

Offer comfort measures

Massage, breath guidance, position changes, rebozo techniques, and calming touch

Advocacy guidance

Though I cannot speak your truth to the care staff, I am here to guide and empower you to raise your own voice.

Energy Cleansing

Tend to the emotional and spiritual energy of the room, helping you feel safe, sacred, and centered

Create a peaceful environment

Soft lighting, aromatherapy, music, breathing techniques and grounding practices. I bring my doula bag that carries many items that help during labor.

Support for partners

Hold space for your partner or support team so they can remain present and empowered. Everyone in the birth room will have a role.

Before the labor: On-Call Services

Starting at 37 weeks I will be on-call patiently waiting for the moment your bundle of joy will arrive.
