Birth Support
A doula's role is to walk with you through the birth process—holding space, easing stress, and helping you feel as grounded and supported as possible. You are the center of this birth. I am here to protect your peace, amplify your voice, and honor the sacred unfolding of your birth journey.
Offer comfort measures
Massage, breath guidance, position changes, rebozo techniques, and calming touch
Advocacy guidance
Though I cannot speak your truth to the care staff, I am here to guide and empower you to raise your own voice.
Energy Cleansing
Tend to the emotional and spiritual energy of the room, helping you feel safe, sacred, and centered
Create a peaceful environment
Soft lighting, aromatherapy, music, breathing techniques and grounding practices
Support for partners
Hold space for your partner or support team so they can remain present and empowered. Everyone in the birth room will have a role.
Before the labor: On-Call Services
Starting at 36 weeks I will be on-call patiently waiting for the moment your bundle of joy will arrive.
